Requirements

1. Picture of your Photo ID
We accept the following IDs:
- Driver's License
- Passport
- PRC ID
- SSS ID
- UMID
- Voter's ID
- Passport
- NBI Clearance
- TIN ID
- Student ID
- Company ID

Your ID is kept on file, but will never be publicly shown. We will not display your ID on your SellerID Profile or on any other publicly-accessible platform.

2. Proof of Authority to Deal
A "Proof of Authority to Deal" is any document that proves that you are an authorized sales agent of your principal/boss. We accept any of the following documents:

- Authorization letter
- Power of Attorney or Special Power of Attorney (SPA)
- Company ID
- Sales Agent Agreement
- Proof of employment
- Dealership Agreement
- Franchise Agreement
- Brochure with your name printed
- Calling card
- Selfie with goods (logo of company visible)
- Screenshot of chat or email of authorization from Principal
- I have no documents

This requirement is optional. You can still apply if you do not have any of the above documents.

Confirmation and Payment

Our agents will contact you regarding the status of your application. Once SellerID has successfully verified your details, our agent will contact you to coordinate payment.

The fee is PHP 199. You will only be charged once SellerID has completed processing your application.

We accept payments via:

- GCash
- GrabPay
- PayMaya (funds transfer)
- Coins.ph
- Cash over-the-counter (at 7-Eleven, M Lhuillier, and Cebuana Lhuillier)
- Credit or debit card (via PayPal)

If a business has been accredited by the SellerID, it means SellerID has determined that the business meets accreditation standards, which include a commitment to make a good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints. SellerID Accreditation Standards represent standards for business accreditation by SellerID. Businesses based in the Philippines that are bound to Philippine Law that meet these standards and complete all application procedures will be accredited by SellerID. The SellerID Accreditation Standards are built on the SellerID Standards for Trust, eight principles that summarize important elements of creating and maintaining trust in business. SellerID accreditation does not mean that the business’s products or services have been evaluated or endorsed by SellerID, or that SellerID has made a determination as to the business’ product quality or competency in performing services. Businesses are under no obligation to seek SellerID accreditation, and some businesses are not accredited because they have not sought SellerID accreditation.
