1. BIR Certificate of Registration (Form 2303)
2. SEC, DTI, or CDA registration
3. Mayor's Permit
One representative of the company, who must be the proprietor, a partner, an incorporator, or the official corporate secretary, must submit the following:
1. Picture of your Photo ID
We accept the following IDs:
- Driver's License
- Passport
- PRC ID
- SSS ID
- UMID
- Voter's ID
- Passport
- NBI Clearance
- TIN ID
- Company ID
Your ID is kept on file, but will never be publicly shown. We will not display your ID on your SellerID Profile or on any other publicly-accessible platform.
2. For applicants under the Selfie Verification level: Selfie with your inventory, service, or place of business
Applicants under the Video Call Verification level will skip this step.
To prove the legitimacy of your business, we need any one of the following selfies:
For sellers of physical/stocked/on-hand goods: Take a selfie with your products
For sellers of food cooked to order or services such as graphic design, sastre, made-to-order goods, etc: Take a selfie of you performing your service.
For example, if you're a graphic designer, take a selfie with your computer running Photoshop, Illustrator, etc;
If you cook, take a selfie of you cooking your specials, or with you and your ingredients and kitchen;
If you make made-to-order goods, such as tailoring/sastre, take a selfie with your raw materials, sewing kit, etc.
Kindly make sure that your face is fully and clearly visible in the selfie. Please do not wear coverings like caps, masks, sunglasses, etc.
This selfie will be kept on file. You will have the option to choose whether or not to display your selfie in your SellerID Profile.
