Requirements

1. Picture of your Photo ID
We accept the following IDs:
- Driver's License
- Passport
- PRC ID
- SSS ID
- UMID
- Voter's ID
- Passport
- NBI Clearance
- TIN ID
- Student ID
- Company ID

Your ID is kept on file, but will never be publicly shown. We will not display your ID on your SellerID Profile or on any other publicly-accessible platform.

2. Selfie with your inventory, service, or place of business
To prove the legitimacy of your business, we need any one of the following selfies:

For sellers of physical/stocked/on-hand goods: Take a selfie with your products

For sellers of food cooked to order or services such as graphic design, sastre, made-to-order goods, etc: Take a selfie of you performing your service.

For example, if you're a graphic designer, take a selfie with your computer running Photoshop, Illustrator, etc;
If you cook, take a selfie of you cooking your specials, or with you and your ingredients and kitchen;
If you make made-to-order goods, such as tailoring/sastre, take a selfie with your raw materials, sewing kit, etc.

Kindly make sure that your face is fully and clearly visible in the selfie. Please do not wear coverings like caps, masks, sunglasses, etc.

This selfie will be kept on file. You will have the option to choose whether or not to display your selfie in your SellerID Profile.

Fill up the application form

Click here to fill up the application form. Kindly ensure that the details are complete and truthful. Any mistakes in filling up the form could cause significant delay in your application.

Confirmation and Payment

Our agents will contact you regarding the status of your application. Once SellerID has successfully verified your details, our agent will contact you to coordinate payment.

The fee is PHP 199. You will only be charged once SellerID has completed processing your application.

We accept payments via:
- Bank transfer
- GCash
- GrabPay
- PayMaya (funds transfer)
- Coins.ph
- Cash over-the-counter (at 7-Eleven, M Lhuillier, and Cebuana Lhuillier)
- Credit or debit card (via PayPal)

SellerID Accreditation Standards represent standards for business accreditation by SellerID. Businesses are under no obligation to seek SellerID accreditation, and some businesses are not accredited because they have not sought SellerID accreditation.
